Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This notice explains what information the TrustHarness website handles and how. It covers this website only.
In short
- This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers.
- It collects personal information only if you send it through the demo request form.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have given us.
Who we are
This website is operated by Black Lake Services, LLC, doing business as Black Lake Digital Markets (“Black Lake,” “we,” or “us”), 985 Lake St. East, Suite 100, Wayzata, MN 55391.
Information you give us
The demo request form asks for your name, work email, organization, and the workflow you would like to govern. If you submit it, we use this information to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about TrustHarness.
While the form is labeled as a preview, it is not connected. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored.
Please do not include confidential, regulated, or customer information in the workflow field.
Information collected automatically
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts. Its fonts, images, and video are served from this site.
The servers that host this site may keep standard logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. These logs are used to run and secure the site.
Information stored in your browser
The site saves one small note in your browser’s session storage so the intro video plays once per session. It is not sent to us, and your browser clears it when the session ends.
The site also reads your browser’s reduced-motion and data-saver settings to decide whether to play the intro. Those settings stay in your browser.
How information is shared
Information you send us is handled under the Black Lake Digital Markets Privacy Policy. That policy describes when Black Lake may share personal data, including with service providers, affiliates, and business partners, in business transfers, and where the law requires it. Where this notice is more specific about how this website works, this notice applies.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here and to meet our legal obligations. We use commercially acceptable means to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have given us by emailing info@blacklakeinvestments.com. We may need to keep certain information where the law requires it.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Other websites
This site links to Black Lake websites and may link to others. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
